Pretty in Pink

With its pink feathers, red eyes staring out from a partly bald head, and a spoon shaped bill, the roseate spoonbill looks as if it came out of a Dr. Seuss book. These strange birds use their spoon like bills to sweep through shallow waters looking for food consisting of fish and crustaceans (which in turn give them their pink color)
